My professional path began in engineering, built from the start on analysis, accountability and making decisions under real conditions.

Career
Engineering
The oil industry
I hold a master's degree in mechanical engineering and spent more than eleven years of my career in Iran's oil industry, part of it in the southern oil regions on the construction and expansion of desalination units, as head of the mechanical section. Working on large industrial projects taught me that a sound decision comes from holding technical detail, risk management, scheduling and accountability together.
Entrepreneurship
Restaurants and hotels
Business came next: founding and running three restaurants, and then entering the hotel industry in Istanbul. Owning and managing two hotels, and eventually selling those businesses, moved me from technical management into capital management, sales, negotiation and reading how clients decide.
Property
Three markets
For more than eight years property has been my profession, across Türkiye, North Cyprus and Dubai, with clients from Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia and Moldova. Working in Persian, Turkish, Russian and English means most negotiations do not have to pass through an interpreter.
Today
Two companies
My work continues through Shahane Real Estate in Türkiye and Radolar Properties LLC in the United Arab Emirates. I do not consider myself a seller of property: my work is to analyse an investment decision, understand what the client actually needs, and find the option aligned with their goals on location, risk, liquidity and future value.
Credibility matters more to me than any single deal. A deal ends. Credibility stays.
