Dubai was the natural continuation of a path that began in Iran, developed in Türkiye and deepened in North Cyprus.
My work in the Emirates runs through Radolar Properties LLC, focused on the Dubai property market and on advising investors who choose this city as part of an international portfolio.
Dubai is a market where decisions are made quickly, and that speed is exactly what makes analysis matter more. Developer name, project location, payment plan, future supply in the district, rental demand, entry price and above all the exit strategy have to be examined together before buying.
My approach in Dubai is the same one formed over years in the other markets.
